Fantastic staff! They gave our Dog great care and were there for us as we parted ways with our Remi. They truly cared that he was in a better place and made the transition as easy as it could be. Highly recommend this establishment for friendliness, understanding, helpfulness, knowledge, and care. Thank you all!

A good place that will take care of your pet as if it was their own. Been going for years and I love all the work they do and there amazing staff. Surgeons are awesome as well. Highly recommended. They saved my dog's life an continue to take care of her and they'll be reasonable with you and work with you on pricing. So once again I highly recommend this place because they're great 👍

I recently had an appointment at Village Animal Hospital, and while I was waiting, I witnessed an encounter that really highlighted the professionalism of this team. A customer came in and was being incredibly demanding and rude to the front desk staff. They were fighting the staff on a standard policy of needing an annual exam to refill a prescription. Even though the customer was making a scene and putting up a fight, the front desk team stayed completely professional and calm. It was impressive to watch them stick to their medical protocols while still trying their best to be helpful and patient with someone who was being so difficult. It’s clear that the staff here truly cares about their patients and maintains a high level of integrity, even under pressure. I really appreciate a clinic that stands by its policies for the safety of the animals while treating everyone with respect. Highly recommend!
